View how your training time is distributed across different skill categories — time, distance, reps, and weight.
Your best performance for each skill is tracked automatically. Get notified when you set a new personal record.
Track your progress across courses:
How many times you've run each course.
Percentage of course segments completed successfully.
Your fastest completion time for each course.

All analytics can be filtered by time range to focus on the period that matters to you:
Pro subscribers and Team Pass holders can view aggregated team performance analytics. See how the whole team is performing, identify top improvers, and spot areas where athletes might need extra support.
Access team stats from your team's page in the Teams section.
If you manage multiple athletes, you can switch between them from the dashboard. Stats and analytics always show data for the currently selected athlete profile.
