NinjaTrainer uses passwordless email authentication. When you sign in, you'll receive a one-time verification code at your email address. Enter the code to access your account.
This means there are no passwords to remember or reset — just enter your email each time you need to sign in.

You can cancel your subscription from the app or through your device's app store settings. When you cancel:
Choose between metric and imperial units for distance and weight measurements. Change this in Settings.
NinjaTrainer sends push notifications for personal records, team invitations, join requests, event updates, and training streaks. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.
You can block or mute other users from the app settings. Blocked users cannot contact you or view your data. Muted users are silenced in chat.
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can report users or content. Our team reviews all reports.
