Courses are structured training sessions made up of segments. Each segment can include one or more skills to practice.
Go to the Training tab and select Courses
Tap the "+" button to create a new course
Add a name and description for your course
Add segments and assign skills to each segment
Want to jump straight into training? Use the Quick Run timer from your dashboard. It starts a timed course run instantly without any setup.
Open a course and tap "Start Run"
Work through each segment — mark skills as pass, fail, or skip
Record video during your run to review technique later
View your results summary when the run is complete
Share courses with your teams so all members can run them. Team owners can also start team course runs where multiple athletes train together.
Skills are individual techniques or movements you want to track and improve. The app includes a built-in skill library, and you can create your own.
Track how fast you complete a skill — wall runs, course segments, speed obstacles.
Measure how far — broad jumps, precision jumps, laches.
Count repetitions — pull-ups, muscle-ups, consecutive obstacles.
Track load — grip strength, weighted hangs, training weights.
There are several ways to log a skill performance:
Open a skill and enter your time, distance, reps, or weight directly.
Use the built-in timer to automatically record time-based performances.
Record a video while logging — it gets attached to your performance entry. Videos are automatically watermarked with the athlete's name. Requires Plus or Pro subscription.
Skill performances are automatically logged when you complete course segments.
