Safety is our top priority. Always consult with healthcare professionals before starting any ninja or parkour training program, especially if you have medical conditions or injuries.

Before You Start

Get medical clearance from your doctor

Inform your coach or team owner of any injuries or limitations

Ensure you have proper training space and equipment

During Training

Warm-Up & Cool Down

  • • Always start with 5-10 minute warm-up
  • • End with proper cool-down stretches
  • • Gradually increase intensity
  • • Listen to your body

Form & Technique

  • • Quality over quantity always
  • • Follow course and skill instructions precisely
  • • Ask for help if unsure about a movement
  • • Use proper breathing techniques

When to Stop

Stop immediately if you experience:

  • • Sharp or sudden pain
  • • Dizziness or nausea
  • • Difficulty breathing
  • • Chest pain
  • • Excessive fatigue
  • • Joint instability
  • • Unusual muscle cramps
  • • Any concerning symptoms

Youth Safety

For Athletes Under 18:

  • ✓ Always train under adult supervision
  • ✓ Parents or guardians should create managed athlete profiles to stay involved in training
  • ✓ Extra attention to proper form and progression
  • ✓ Age-appropriate training loads only
  • ✓ Parents can monitor training through shared team and athlete access

Equipment Safety

Required Equipment

  • • Proper athletic shoes with grip
  • • Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
  • • Water bottle for hydration
  • • First aid kit nearby

Space Requirements

  • • Clear area free of obstacles
  • • Non-slip surface or crash mats
  • • Adequate ceiling height for movements
  • • Good lighting and ventilation

Video Recording Safety

When Recording Training Videos:

  • • Secure your device in a stable position before starting
  • • Never hold a device while performing movements
  • • Make sure the recording area is clear of hazards
  • • Be aware of your surroundings — don't get distracted by the camera
