Troubleshooting

Quick Fixes:

• • Force close and reopen the app
• • Restart your device
• • Check for app updates in App Store/Google Play
• • Free up device storage (need 1GB+ free)

Can't sign in:

• • Check your email address for typos
• • Look for the verification code in your spam/junk folder
• • Request a new code if the previous one expired
• • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• • Try clearing the app cache or reinstalling

Data not syncing:

• • Check your internet connection
• • Pull down to refresh in the app
• • Log out and back in
• • Contact support if data is missing

• • Complete the course run fully before closing the app
• • Make sure you tap the finish/complete button at the end
• • Ensure you have internet connection during the run
• • Don't force close the app during an active run

• • Check if you've reached your subscription limit (Free: 5 courses, 20 skills)
• • Upgrade to Plus or Pro for unlimited courses and skills
• • Check your subscription status in Profile → Subscription

• • Make sure you have an athlete profile selected
• • Verify you're entering a valid value for the skill type
• • Check your internet connection
• • Try logging the performance again

• • Check that the invite code hasn't expired or reached its usage limit
• • Make sure you have an athlete profile created before joining
• • If the team is full, ask the team owner to upgrade their plan
• • Free users can join up to 5 teams — upgrade for unlimited

• • Make sure you've granted camera permission to the app
• • Hold the camera steady and ensure the QR code is well-lit
• • Try entering the invite code manually instead

• • Check your internet connection
• • Pull down to refresh the chat
• • Try closing and reopening the Chat tab
• • Log out and back in if the issue persists

• • Video recording requires a Plus or Pro subscription
• • Check that you've granted camera and microphone permissions
• • Make sure you have available video minutes in your plan
• • Check your device storage — video files can be large

• • Recently uploaded videos may take a moment to process
• • Check your internet connection — videos stream from the cloud
• • Try closing and reopening the video player

• • Some features require a Plus or Pro subscription
• • Check your current plan in Profile → Subscription
• • If you recently subscribed, try refreshing or restarting the app
• • If you're on a team with Team Pass, the team owner's subscription must be active
